Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Puracé products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Products must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging
- Products must be in resaleable condition
- Original proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email purace@outlook.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- Approval: We'll review your request and provide return instructions within 24-48 hours
- Ship Back: Securely package items and ship to the address provided
- Refund: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Steps to Take
- Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Email us at purace@outlook.com.au within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all return shipping costs and expedite the replacement process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we'll send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.
Refund Timeline
- Processing: 5-7 business days after receiving returned items
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days for funds to appear in your account
- Method: Refunds issued to original payment method
